BREAKDOWN, TOKEN ENTRY, CRO-MAGS, ANTIDOTE and MAXIMUM PENALTY will play a free show on Saturday, July 23 from 1:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. in the East Village's Tompkins Square Park in New York City to raise awareness of the plight of legendary BAD BRAINS guitarist Gary "Dr. Know" Miller. Black N' Blue Productions and "The New York Hardcore Chronicles" have joined forces to bring this very special event to the public. Finnish heavy metal monsters LORDI are mixng their new album for a September release. The as-yet-untitled follow-up to 2014's "Scare Force One" is being produced by Nino Laurenne, who previously worked on the band's 2008 effort "Deadache". PAIN, the Swedish metal band led by multi-instrumentalist and producer Peter Tägtgren, will release its new album, "Coming Home", on September 9 through Nuclear Blast.
